Shipping policy

We know your pup can’t wait — and we don’t want to keep them waiting either! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your Waggle & Woof box from our paws to yours.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are packed with care and dispatched from our warehouse within 2–4 business days of purchase.

  • One-off gift boxes are shipped as soon as they’re packed — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or just because.

  • Subscription boxes are shipped in a monthly batch, typically in the first week of each calendar month. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your box is on the move.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners such as Australia Post and Sendle.

  • Standard shipping: 2–8 business days, depending on your location

  • Regional and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

  • All parcels come with tracking, so you can follow your pup’s goodies every step of the way

Shipping within Australia is free of charge.

Shipping for Gift Orders

Sending a gift? Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. We don’t include pricing or receipts inside the box — just good vibes and wag-worthy surprises.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. If you're based outside Australia and interested in Waggle & Woof, please get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.

Delivery Issues

If your box hasn’t arrived within the estimated time or tracking shows it’s been delayed or lost:

  1. Check your tracking link for real-time updates

  2. Contact the carrier (usually AusPost or Sendle)

  3. If unresolved, reach out to us at our Contact Page and we’ll help you track it down or arrange a replacement if necessary

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can’t be responsible for lost or delayed boxes due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, but we’ll do everything we can to help if something goes wrong.
