Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products — specially curated and made-to-order — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout. However, if you ordered a one-off gift box and it hasn’t shipped yet, please get in touch — we may be able to cancel or adjust your order if it's early enough.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your box or any of the toys inside arrive:

You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
To lodge a return:

Email us at our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your delivery

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable

We’ll review and respond within 2 business days
We may offer a partial refund, a replacement item, or send out a new box, depending on the issue and product availability.
Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes are non-refundable once they’ve been processed or shipped. You can pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries at any time via your customer portal or by contacting our team.
If you forgot to pause your subscription and the box has shipped, we unfortunately can’t recall it, but we’re happy to help with changes for future deliveries.
